A long day

It's been a really long day and there hasn't been much coverage or opportunity to blog. Currently it is 12:30am and we are approaching leg 16. So far we are doing great! Guenella PAss was snowing and there were about 4 inches of snow on the ground. Lisa, Amy and Victoria cruised up Guenella and Wendy cruised down. Yvonne did a steeple chase down burning bear, Jeanine ran through thigh deep beaver pond, Jessika cranked up a hard core 2-3 mile hill, Janessa ran up an down Georgia Pass, Erica is a rock star, posting a 45 minute 10k, Pegi ran her 6 miles into Frisco and the directions were wrong and she as well as other runners got lost and ran about a mile out of their way. We all had a 5-6 hour period to eat, shower and sleep for 2-3 hours at the condo which was the best thing ever. Thanks to you Mike and Kay. We soooo needed that. We have a pink unicorn that we have strapped to the grill like the seasons kill. Jeff refers to him as horny and all the teams take pictures with him. He's a great conversation starter! So here we are with van B starting our second set of legs. Pegi is runner 6. Right now the clouds have parted enough to see the moon. It is spitting some sort of moisture, but not a steady rain or snow. It is 38*. That's it for now. It's tough to type in the car so excuse the typos and the run on sentences!
